To make up for a missed group class, you can drop in on any other currently running class. Just visit https://nycguitarschool.com/online-group-classes-member-sign-up to schedule your make-up class.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment: Your card will be charged in advance for 5 music lessons at the discounted set-of-5 rate each time you use up all your lesson credits.
2. Stopping: You can end this membership at any time for any reason by contacting info@nycguitarschool.com.
3. Refund Policy: You can get a full refund of unused lessons at any time for any reason.
4. Expiration: Private lesson credits expire after one year.

Lesson Cancellation Policy: Once a lesson is scheduled, you can cancel it or reschedule it with no charge and no penalty by contacting your teacher at least 48 hours before your lesson. With fewer than 48 hours notice, there are no cancellations and you will be charged for the lesson.

Your Monthly Benefits Include:

• Four lesson credits per month for one-on-one music lessons.
• Admission to unlimited virtual “drop in” classes with your included Virtual Class Membership.
• Membership to the guitarlessons.nyc digital guitar learning platform.
• Ability to purchase additional discounted lessons and classes beyond your included lessons and classes at the yearly member rate.
• Ability to convert or apply guitar lesson credits towards voice or other private lesson credits at the yearly member rate.

1. This is a 12-month agreement. You agree that your card will be charged monthly unless you freeze or cancel your membership.
2. Freezing Your Membership. You can freeze your membership for any reason. Your membership includes up to three (3) complimentary one-month freezes. To freeze your membership for a month, simply give us notice at info@nycguitarschool.com at least 5 days before your card is scheduled to be billed.
3. Cancelling Your Membership: You can cancel this agreement at any time and for any reason by paying a $100 cancellation fee.
4. Refunds. There are no refunds for tuition once you pay.
5. Drop-In Class Credit is “use it or lose it”: You agree that group class benefits can only be used in a month that you have paid for and understand that class credits do not carry over into a month that you have not paid for.
6. Private Lessons Credit is “use it now or later”: Unused private lesson credits can be used anytime up to a year after you purchase them.
7. Cancellation Policy: Reschedule, change or cancel lessons anytime with no charge by emailing your teacher with 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged.
8. At the end of your one year membership, you’ll revert to a monthly pay-as-you-go plan at the annual rates. You’ll be free to continue, switch to another plan, or cancel completely with no further charges and no cancellation fees.
