Raised by two professional musicians in New York City, Tia Vincent-Clark started singing before she can remember, playing guitar at age 10, and playing bass at age 12. She holds a BA in music from the City College of New York and a certificate in Audio Recording and Production from The Institute of Audio Research. She began her teaching career in 1999 and has helped hundreds of students toward their musical goals!
Tia is currently playing in a variety of projects including metal band Liturgy, Reservoir Dawgs 90s Band, Judas Priestess, The Bangos (a tribute to The Bangles and the Go-Gos), and original band Huh. She contributes a mix of bass, guitar, lead vocals, and backing vocals.
