This could be the class for you! Explore songrwiting through a trial and error process within a mutually supportive circle of other fledgling songwriters. Your expert instructor will provide specific themes and guidance to get you started. The next week, you'll bring in your new song draft and perform it! Then you and the circle will discuss, share thoughts, and pick up some new ideas from the instructor. No competition or pressure, just a fun way to unlock your creative potential in this powerful form of musical expression. The class will also touch on some aspects of music theory as it applies to songwriting. For students who have completed Guitar For Near Beginners or who are otherwise familiar with
basic open chords.
