Who needs a band?
Singer-songwriters are very special musicians, from Bob Dylan, to medieval bards singing about far-away imaginary places, to those talented buskers you see on the Q-Train. In this class you'll follow in their footsteps and take your act solo! Study some of the classics by history's greatest singer-songwriters such as Carole King, Cat Stevens, and James Taylor. Learn how to single-handedly provide all the musical accompaniment you need for these intricately beautiful songs.

For students who have completed Guitar for Advanced Beginners or who are otherwise familiar with reading tablature, basic open and barre chords, and strumming patterns.
