We are so pleased that we convinced the amazing Kyle Tigges to join our staff! Hundreds of students of all ages and levels have become proficient guitar players and intelligent musicians with Kyle's patient and expert coaching. He has tremendous knowledge of music! Whether you want to play in the style of Alice Cooper, Segovia or Eric Clapton, Kyle will empower you to learn, improve and enjoy! Kyle also has a secret additional power--he's been studying French horn since the age of 11, and also teaches that instrument. In summary, if you want to play guitar, Kyle is the teacher for you, and if you want to play guitar AND French horn, he is still the teacher for you.

Hi,
I wanted to write to give Kyle a big thumbs up. I just finished my first round of ten lessons with him and am about to start another. At our first lesson, I told Kyle that I'm into blues, and since then he's taught me so much about how blues guitar is played and how it has evolved. He makes it really easy to understand musical concepts and the theory behind them. He explains and demonstrates everything in a very intuitive manner, so much so that I sometimes forget that it's a lesson - I just have fun playing, then when our time's up I'm always surprised at how much I learned. He's also great to talk with about music. Whenever I mention someone I like, he's always quick to show me a technique that they use a lot, or a song that's fun to play. I'm glad that I decided to spend the extra money for private lessons and would highly recommend Kyle to anybody who wants to improve their playing and understand the musical theory behind their favorite music.
