Gavin Harper
Gavin Harper first realized his desire to teach at age 15, recognizing the
effect teachers have on peoples lives after experiencing the effect one of
his teachers had on him. He has since sought out to become a great musician
and pass on his knowledge to others. Gavin studied music at Los Angeles
Music Academy under jazz fusion great Frank Gambale. He has played with
Alan Holdsworth, Kurt Rosenwinkel, John Keane, and Randall Bramblett. After
graduating Gavin taught guitar at Athens Technical College in Athens, GA.
Past students of his have received scholarships to the National Guitar
Workshop and Atlanta Institute Of Music.
