"Everybody will remember your songs, they just won’t be able to play them,” Bob Dylan once joked to U2 guitarist The Edge! He was almost certainly referring to the fact that The Edge is one of the most innovative, unorthodox musicians to ever wield an electrified six-string and proprietor of a style unlike anyone else in the rock realm. Here’s your chance to prove Bobby D. wrong by studying the Edge’s use of natural harmonics, 2/16 and 3/16 digital-delay settings, and bag-pipe inspired open-string drones unlocking the secret sounds to “Where The Streets Have No Names,” “Sunday Bloody Sunday,” and more! White flags, diamond-studded cowboy hats, and wrap-around fly-shades are optional, but advanced mastery of barre chords and TAB reading is a must.
