Advanced Adult Rock Band
Limited to five students. Eight weekly two-hour sessions.
Do you sing, or play guitar or bass or drums? Would you like to work on playing in a group?
We have fully-equipped rehearsal rooms with drums, PAs, big amplifiers, and fun people who are
ready to rock with you. You'll work on classic and popular rock songs, including student requests, under the patient and
expert guidance of an experienced instructor.
For people who have played in bands or groups before. Students should be comfortable working with studio equipment, playing barre chords such as C#m at
the drop of a hat, playing at least 3 rock songs from memory, and understanding song structure. All students should
be able to either play some lead guitar or to sing lead vocals and play rhythm guitar.
The band meets for eight weekly two-hour sessions, culminating in a live rock show! You will take over the stage at NYC club, The Underscore, so invite everyone you know and get ready to rock Class 8!
